We use the information that you have given us in order to communicate for legitimate business reasons, including advising on products and services, course organisation and logistics, making courseware available as required, for billing and charging purposes, certification, to collate feedback on our courses and services, and to handle any additional queries.
We may share this information with carefully selected partners from time to time – primarily in support of collaborative training projects where we engage with other training providers to provide training programmes that fully meet customer requirements / industry needs.
We may from time to time collect personal information from carefully selected third party companies / organisations for the purposes of Marketing and Providing Product Advice and Schedule Updates. We will ensure than the organisation can demonstrate that the data was obtained in compliance with the appropriate General Data Protection Regulation and that it may use it for advertising purposes. For example, if the organisation acquired it based on consent, the consent will include the possibility to transmit the data to other recipients for their own direct marketing.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored in an encrypted database. We keep your details, including contact details, a record of courses completed, and certificates gained, for training record / validation purposes - unless you ask us to delete them. We will dispose your information by electronic deletion.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
